Coronavirus Update

December 21, 2020

To Our Valued Customers,

We want to keep you up to date on our recent efforts surrounding COVID-19 and its impacts. Anoplate continues to manage our operations in accordance with the guidelines provided by the WHO and CDC.

Anoplate will continue to remain open and ready to serve our customers with daily adjustments in shift hours and staffing. We have implemented a full risk mitigation program to ensure there will be minimal interruptions to the services we provide and for the safety of our employees. This will impact some of our lead-times and shipping/receiving hours.

We are asking our customers that drop off and pick up product have their drivers come to our loading dock areas, remain at the designated areas outside our receiving and shipping locations, and utilizing the signage and doorbells we have in place. We have adjusted our shift hours and shipping cut-off times to further protect our work force and to up our chances to continue serve all our customers.

As we continue to protect the health and safety of our workforce, customers, and suppliers during the (COVID-19) outbreak, I want to assure our customers that we are:

  • Monitoring our supply chain for any potential supply disruption or risks. As of now, we have not experienced any major delays.
  • Minimizing the risk of transmission by stepping up cleaning procedures, allowing work from home when possible, implementing social distancing, changed shift hours with gaps in between, and created total separations between both our locations.
  • We have closed our facility to all outside visitors and incoming customer audits as well as stopped all external travel.
  • We are taking advantage of technology to use zoom and web-x meetings where we can with our customers. Our customer service and sales teams are here to answer any questions you may have daily.

Sincerely,
Tim Stone
